Well, the past 2 weeks haven't shown very much of a loss on the scale, a total of 1.4. But at least I lost both weeks and didn't gain. I will admit, I haven't been doing the greatest job of working at it though. I didn't work out AT ALL this past week, which disappoints me. I also tracked all of my food, and was conscious of what I ate, but I didn't do the greatest job of making sure that I stayed in my points range. I went over more than I have been since I started, and I ate out a LOT this past week (Chinese Buffet, Noodles & Co x 2, Chipotle, BW3, Friday's x 2). I haven't eaten out this much in so long!
Either way, I am making a commitment to myself this week to dilligently count my points and stay on plan. I am also going to commit to working out at least 4 times this week.
I have to remember how awesome it felt last week to get into those jeans that I haven't been able to button up for the past few months, and also how great it felt to go down a belt loop. I DESERVE this, I have been working hard, and I am going to get back on track starting today!!
