Notes: 1 picspam for 0718:"Happy Halloween" at superhero-land. The challenge was to create a picspam of a crossover (Acceptable Fandoms + Horror movies). I made a crossover of Man of Steel x The Thing.
Summary:
Lois Lane is investigating an excavation in Antartica where there is a large mass below the ice. Ice cores extracted from the site suggest that the unidentified object is about 100,000 years old.
While documenting the dig, strange things start to happen. A fire in the site's server room causes the power to go out. Helicopter pilot MacReady is accused of sabotage. Everyone is acting suspicious and distrust abounds.
Lois Lane follows the scientists who leave and sees them enter a manmade hole in the middle of nowhere. She discovers a dismantled craft with non-human skeletons. Before she can tell her boss about the possible scoop, the sled dogs start to howl and make a ruckus.
