For dinner I ate so much cauliflower that I wasn't hungry for my tofu but then I waited a bit and now I am eating broiled tofu dipped in homemade faux cheese sauce. And the other day Krystan offered me some trail mix and I was like 'oh thanks, and I brought tofu!' and we were just sitting for the bus eating trail mix and tofu. VEGANS.

mmm that place looks good. i'll have to ask my floridian friends if they've been there! krystan always talks to me about how good ethos is, but it's in orlando.

yeah, orlando has a few places but i rarely visit there since it's a hot touristy hellhole. st augustine has another vegan place, the manatee cafe, that looks good, but it's mostly a brunch place.

it makes me feel so lame when a brunch place closes at like 2pm and i can't make it in time lol.

the burger has cashew cheese, i swear to god cashew cheese is a miracle food that makes everything delicious. i just made roasted cauliflower and it was good but i was like 'this needs a drizzle of something...' i added just a bit of cashew cheese and BAM it was like fettucine alfredo but with cauliflower. i ate the whole head. om nom nom.

and it's so easy to make! you really need a vitamix, though, which is $$$. but i literally just dump ingredients in (don't measure) and then whiirrrrrrrrr and then consume. i ruined a recipe recently by making it too salty and so i just whirred up some cashew cheese last minute sans salt and it made it totally delicious.

i try not to make it too often since it's so fatty (and good on everything) but often i don't even add oil/margarine so all the fat is from the cashews, which is alright fat anyway.

cashews can do anything. i should get some cashews to clean my room...

i loves me some cashew butter. idk what else to use cashews for. but i have no money for vitamix nor do i even know what it is. i assume by "whirring" you mean using a blender?
