I got this today:

This is an automated notification. The credit card used on your World
of Warcraft account ******* could not be processed successfully by our
system. As a result, the subscription on your account could not be set
up, and the account will not be playable until a working credit card
has been entered.
Oh well. I switched over to EQ2 anyways. WoW is lush and (much) smoother play, but it doesn't have the overcomplexity I miss from EQ. And I get my own flat too!
