Like the title says...
...it's been a while since I last posted. Almost a year in fact.
I've succumbed to the addicition that is WoW. Also, for a long time I didn't have a lot to say.
I've stopped writing, my work life has been less than inspiring, generally I've been in a funk. Recently things have transpired that are starting to change this.
Work hasn't improved so much, but I am having less days that I truly wish I was elsewhere, it's in my personal life that things have changed. Notably in one area. Not sure if I ever mentioned this on here before, but I have 3 daughters, from two different mothers. Summer and Hope I have always seen regularly since my marriage broke down, but I have a third older daughter, Megan, who I have not seen since she was about 18 months old. Her mother and I split up just before she was born and I only ever officially saw her twice. I messed up and then her mum was unnecessarily harsh in her reaction.
I was young and she was pretty messed up at the time. I could go through pages on what we could have done better and how.
My mother continued to be allowed to see her until she was about 18 months old, and so I did too, by popping round mum's. But then things went wrong there and my mum wasn't allowed to see her either.
I tried a few times over the intervening years to be allowed to see her to no avail, and that was that, until about 7 weeks ago.
I'll finish this post up later, I need to get to work.
