All's well that ends well?

Final session this afternoon and it went how I wanted the first one to go. I finally got the router set up and screwed up before the session so that I could get my guinea pigs to fix it after the presentation, it went well and everyone left feeling they had gotten something out of it.

I have an awful feeling that I am going to be asked to run all or most of the courses we are now doing. I say this because our Project Manager was in the last session and she seemed to think that it went very well, thus I doomed myself. Oh well, I can think of worse fates.

I think I also persuaded my team leader earlier in the week to send me in his stead to London for all the BT and Openreach meetings, given that he hates them and I think he hates travelling to London, whereas I would get real value out of the meetings and I would love London and travelling to London, so I hope this does come to pass.

One thing I can definitely say is that I always seem to find a way to keep things... interesting. Maybe I got cursed.

Had my K4 session at the gym tonight, this is the 4th step in the 5 step journey, what it basically involved was the trainer mixing up my routine, to show me how to get the maximum workout completed in minimal time.

30 minutes later and I feel like I've never exercised before. I get home an for an hour I still feel like I'm about to die. Even now another half hour later, I'm still pretty knackered but at least I can breathe without effort now.

So tomorrow it's back to my regular routine, only with more number crunching than usual, as I've also been given the job of analysing all the information we have been fedback from BT. So I've become an analyst without the applicable pay increase, I might have mentioned that already, I'm not sure.

And I think I'm rambling now so I'll shut up.
