(no subject)
I feel like I've barely done anything for LJ this summer than previous ones. But then again LJ doesn't seem to be as active as it used to be. Rarely see posts or comments anymore. I wonder if we're all just moving on.
I tried a hookah pipe for the first time yesterday at my neighbour's BBQ. It actually wasn't bad and even though only 3 of us did it, it was quite good humour fun around the table. Actually, the party was like old times before everyone got busy.
Today we got the deck stained finally! It looks really nice. We chose a redwood colour and it really goes well with all the green around the backyard. Took a few hours, but I think it will need another coat eventually.
I managed to get something out for OPY100 last week...yayz.LOL. It's a start to me getting the next chapter out of 'A Space Odyssey' out!
