*happy dance*

Yes, time for a mini-happy dance!

I finally got to the funeral home today to get pictures for my research. I've been calling since Sunday and it looked like I wouldn't be getting back for pictures. I was told to call today and I was hoping that if they did have a time for me to show up then it would be anytime, but tomorrow morning.

Tomorrow morning in my Van Gogh class we're finally looking at 'Starry Night'. It's not the first time I've been taught about it, but it is always enjoyable. Plus, the prof is so passionate about it that I have a feeling it will be great. Always, its funny that it comes just after today which was Van Gogh's birthday!

BUT getting back to my dilemma, I called and the director was busy. I waited in the library (actually got told to be quiet. If the girl wanted silence she should have not continued up the stairs to the 4th floor. 3rd floor is the silent one!) and I finally got a call. They said that they best time would be today in the afternoon. I jumped on it. So I basically bused it back home, got my camera, went back to school, dropped off my paper where the prof tried to convince me I should stay or come back when I was done (yeah right). All she wanted me to do was fill out the evaluation for the profs. I told her I'd do it now if she really wanted. So I filled that out, got outside, and the bus was leaving so I ran (like a gazelle) and luckily he waited laughing at my leap into the bus.

The bus ride to the funeral home was like an hour...ugh. But  I got there and like I told them I would be less than 10 minutes and sure enough I was. So I got my photos (prof will be happy now) and then I left and made my way back home. I am so tired, but go figure another essay due tomorrow. I've tried to break up my timing with all of them, but it never works out. Ugh.

Oh well...after I turn this one in tomorrow then I have the next 4 days to work on my Honours Research Paper and get that all finished for Monday. When I hand it in....I don't know what I'll do. Well, definitely going to the LCBO and getting champagne after class and enjoying my night. Although, I have to be in a somewhat coherent state, because on Tuesday the prof is killing off Van Gogh and I don't want to miss the angst (I've heard people have actually cried in his lecture of Van Gogh's death). So.........yes. Things are coming together (and if you haven't guess this is total procrastination post 101)

Next week too I may finally get some writing in! SPACE!AU how I miss thee! I need to get back to my Ace the space pilot!...oops...spoilers.....

happy, school
