Well, since Judi put up her post already, I feel as though I should follow up with mine, even though I have yet to download all of my pictures to my computer (a feat I plan to tackle tonight when I am more with it). moe.down was AMAZING. I had a great time paling around with the girls,
crazyzim and
laurenrambles and meeting new people. We set up the tent Friday afternoon with a good feeling of chillness that seemed to overtake us as soon as we arrived. We found a parking spot and then headed over to the camping area to find a good place to pop the tent. Immediately we met some chill neighbors that insisted we put our tent next to theirs and so we followed orders. The weekend just went from there, experiencing Keller Williams, Moe., Matisyahu, The Violent Femmes, The Breakfast, Tea Leaf Green, Addison Groove, Dread Clampitt, and many more. There is really no other way to describe the weekend but chill. We drank, we enjoyed the amenities (if you know what I mean), hung with the neighbors, actually had a fully working bathroom, ate bad food, etc. The last night we tried a fun drug and ended up dancing the night away listening to two sets of moe. with fireworks accompanying the second set. I played the bongos with heavy hands (which are now in pain) and played with glow sticks and blinking rings in my hair. I got to play a new game called Horseballs (similar to Horseshoes in scoring, but just a different set up as to how scores are achieved -- see pictures) and damn, I can't wait to go to another one. Before I drop the link to one of our neighbor's picture page, let me just one more time thank the girls profusely for taking me along. We must do it again next year. Now for our neighbor Dave's picture page:
