My time in Chicago is now over. Since May 14th (my birthday), classes were over and I couldn't have been happier leaving. Aside from leaving my roommates I was ready to get back to PA. Austin came to Chicago on the mega bus and then my parents arrived with the rental van to pack up and leave for home. 13 hours later or something like that we arrived.
The pictures below are of my last trip to missouri and when we arrived home in pa. (some pictures are mine, and some taken by Austin and stolen from him.)

On my birthday Austin, Jenna, Jeremy and I all went to see Lydia. Afterwards we split up and Austin and I went to Reckless Records. He got a few and we came home to listen to them on one of my last nights in Chicago.
My mom was sad she couldn't enjoy my birthday with me so we had a cake. Austin's birthday was the 17th, so a combined cake it was.
we took a trip out on the roof.
we looked at the stars. something I definitely missed in the always orange Chicago skies.
Austin worked at Starbucks to get some extra cash while he was here.
we went to the zoo and of course spent some good time with the giraffe.
we went to the school to check things out and took a few silly pictures just because.
We met my mom at Belle's and I had some ice cream, while Austin had a hotdog and a phone call.
Then we went to my mom's work (the airport). We set up an airplane ride.
I got really nervous and was a little less than excited.
Austin flew the airplane. I calmed down a bit after a while.
We flew over my high school, and even found my house.
This is the plane, along with our pilot, austin, and myself.
we drove past these funny cows that took a great interest in Austin. so we took pictures.
Austin even got me to play some soccer before dinner and we played a little catch, and some frisbee too.
dinner outside on a nice day with my parents on the back porch.
We went into lancaster. first to kitchen kettle, but got bored and went into the city. Went to a record store and to prince st. cafe.
Austin left Saturday the 23rd of May, only to return here June 3rd Wednesday afternoon. Spending this summer apart wasn't what either of us wanted to do. He's been here since then and we should be going back to Missouri around the 24th.
We haven't been taking many pictures of his second trip here. Once again he's working at Starbucks over 30 hours a week. Here's what we've got though;
One night we set up the tent and the blow up mattress and spent a scary night out in my backyard for a little camping adventure.
We ate on the back porch some more.
Took our second trip out on the roof
and made fishy faces and listened to records when we came inside
my mom gave Austin a heart tattoo with my name in it on a white banner at the church's annual strawberry festival.
-these few images above are Austin's. the below, all mine but one.-
Austin had off work so we headed down route 1 to Longwood Gardens. It was a great day overall.
The biggest tree.
