Europe
It has really almost been a year since I went away on my trip last summer to Spain, France, and Italy.
talking to kalani today, i've realized that i've never really shared my pictures with anyone. and no one has been able to see most of the pictures i took on the trip.
be warned though there are a ton. and i mean a ton.
so i plan on doing this in sections due to each country, because it's going to take forever to upload them all, and put them on here etc.
lets start with;
June 29th, 2006
abby and myself on the way to the airport.
first picture.
anxious.
missing our boyfriends.
this consumed us the most of the trip.
and brought us closer for sure.
we complained and were the boring ones ha.
we all waited a while before taking off. it was the scariest moments of my life.
julia was afraid of flying too. we were terrified, we found ourselves holding hands through the take off. or the million "fake" take offs we were made to suffer through
i believe the next picture is actually while lifting off...
on our plane i think? and in the airport there was a lady with pink hair, dressed completely in pink, so abby colored her while on the flight :D
this was after reaching germany and making a mad dash to our next flight.
what an adventure.
except i was actually able to sleep for the 2 hours on this flight.
hello first day arriving in spain.
i felt horrible from multiple things. but mostly my ears wouldnt pop.
it was not good.
we actually werent supposed to take their pictures unless we gave them money, however i had no idea of this "rule". oops.
i wish i could go back and appreciate the architecture sooo much more.
this was the next day maybe? and it was us going tooooo Toledo.
it was obviously overwhelming.

a cute little place we ate at. Rachael helped us out a great deal in Spain by talking to the cute boys and the waiters haha.

i really wish i remembered what these places were exactly. oh my =/
this is on our way of madrid into barcelona!
ZARAGOZA!
the oddest thing. they had this big "OH!" in the middle of this little place.
and behind it was a lovely fountain thing that we eventually went in.
how refreshing.
on the way to barcelona. and frankly what i stared at a lot of the time.

this place was brilliant and designed by this one guy that made this whole little town thing. later you'll see other buildings he designed. but wow i wish i had a better memory i'm sorry.
p.s. yes. this was in the cheetah girls 2 movie.
:D haha.
one of the biggest churches in the world.
it's still in progress. this side is the original design by the same guy that did the previous things, the other more modern pictures are being done today by others
the following are appartment buildings he designed as well.
they're extremely expensive however.

this was actually a really nice place, however the pictures are lacking =/
OOOO. fran(something) our tour guide. OSCAR. our bus driver, a chain smoker but brilliantly beautiful, and Michael. who we could all do with out. by the end of the trip he needed to be pushed UNDER the bus.

overall spain was gorgeous yes, but feeling sick 90% of the time partially ruined it for me. I blame the altitude. oh my.
hopefully that was enjoyable.
