So, there was a lot of drama surrounding my car. Short story, never choose Pep Boys over Firestone for car maintenance. Firestone charged me less than one fifth of what Pep Boys was charging. Pep Boys had my car for a week and couldn't do anything to help it pass inspection. Firestone got it done in one day. Pep Boys was going to charge me more than it cost to buy the car, Firestone charged me $405.
Couldn't keep my car parked here, because the homeowner's assoc. was fining $117 for having a past-due inspection car parked here. So I had to park it at my Grandma's, which is a 30 minute drive away... so I wasn't even able to illegally drive it at that point. Of course, this caused drama with her husband but I don't care to get into that.
Soooo... after a few months, I can drive again! Woot woot. So now I can work again at a reasonable distance.
Also, I'm a short-hair cat now. :c I look almost like a military issue human.
