today is the first day of the rest of my life
if you have been living in a hole for the past few weeks then you might have missed the fact that i have a girlfriend now, she's the best thing to happen since sliced bread i tell you, and on a different note my truck burst into flames tonight, but thats not what i want to talk about... ok, since you all want to hear about my truck and not me being happy i guess i'll tell you all about it.
after i got off work this evening i was driving home so i could get ready for work at Denny's, as i pulled up to the last traffic light before my house a little bit of white smoke started to come out of my hood, so i pulled over and turned off my truck and got out, at this point i was thinking to myself, "well at least it not black smoke.", just as i thought that the smoke went from white to black, so at this point i say "well at least it's not on fire.", just at that moment the paint on the hood started to melt, and then burst into flames, not big flames, lil' ones anywhere from 2 - 4 inches high, no big deal, so i called 911 and they said someone was on there way, just as i hung up the phone i could see that the fire wasn't happy on the outside of my car, it wanted in! so after the windshield melted, the dashboard burst into flames, and then a cop pulls up and asks me if i'm ok just as i say i'm fine, we (the cop and myself) hear a *POP* and the little 4 inch flames went to about 4 feet, the front end of my truck is gone and all of my things that were inside are now black and wet, but on the good side i didn't get a ticket!!!
and now i shall cry
