Patience People
Yeah, yeah, I know I haven't updated in a while, I have had to do some schedule adjusting which has taken a while to wrap my head around.
I am well, things are good in general for those of you who care. So here is my expected rant ...
Am I the only person that has to deal with rude old people who only hear what they want to hear and disregard what they don't?
I had this woman leave a voicemail basically bitching that we didn't answer the phone during the hours we are open to the general public. If she had listened to the voicemail message she would have heard that we are on the phone and if she leaves a message we will call her back asap.
ASAP turned out to be a minute after she left her message except SHE DIDN'T LEAVE A PHONE NUMBER!
