It rained today, the breeze from the ocean whirling through the front doors reminding me that winter is just a moment away.
I was strangely comforted though I hate the cold. The grey sky, horizontal rain and empty streets reminded me of Melbourne. The occasional passerby head down, collar up trying to get further into their jackets is reminicent of many a winter day anywhere in the world...
I sit and stare not moving, not breating just taking in the moment.
