[Action 1]

[It's a beautiful Saturday morning, isn't it? And, being a Saturday, it is perhaps surprising to find an elementary school student on school grounds, having apparently acquired a pail of paint and brush. The boy has taken it upon himself, as his duty in fact, to add some color to the school on this day off ( Read more... )

[A bit later, BM comes walking from the direction the two boys left.

He seems to have gotten a little something on his clothes.

Okay, no, he's covered in it and snickering.]

[Lucifer raises an eyebrow at the man. It's you again. You do seem to love bloodshed, don't you?]

Having fun?

Yep.

Though it'd be nice if someone responded to my sacrifices.

One cannot simply make a sacrifice and have no destination for it and expect a response.

Of course I have a destination. I know dozens of unnameable gods and how to awaken them from their slumber to spew forth pure madness and grant upon me their favor.

But everything I try, now, doesn't work! I'd even kiss a child for a half decent fire spell!

[Mmm. Those are parts of chaos Lucifer doesn't necessarily approve of. Lucifer is about growth and empowerment, or at least that's what he'd prefer to see since it'd spit in God's eye for the creations he wanted to be static to continue to grow, but it's at least chaotic.]

And why should you seek power from them? Solely for the power?

Well, yeah. You could work all your life and take millennia to get to the real stuff or you can take the fast track and make deals.

With a little help, and some well placed murders, you can skip the boring parts and get one step closer to unmaking creation.

[Power seeking? That's all hunky-dory. Unmaking creation? Lucifer's only happy with that kind of result if there are absolutely no other alternatives in order to keep God from maintaining control of a world. That sounds far too much like something Nyarlathotep would want, his brand of chaos, and Lucifer finds it distasteful.]

Why unmake creation itself? Why not instead simply bend it towards your will?

Have you seen creation?

Seriously, it's begging to be unraveled. It wants to scream as all that is, was, and ever will be is erased.

I've seen more of creation then you could imagine.

I disagree, but I doubt I could persuade you otherwise.

You've seen one part, you've seen it all.

Still, not like it matters. There's not one god worth sucking up to here.

Wrong.

Though I'll agree with that. Gods are worthless.

You should get around more, it get's painfully annoying after a while. Until all you can think about is watching it fall apart and leave nothing but emptiness behind.

I wouldn't call gods useless though. You can use the shit out of them and then throw them out like the dead hooker in the back of your carriage.

I assure you I've gotten around quite a bit.

You're quite boring, aren't you? You're more one of his.

I'm sure you have kid.

And who is "he"? If you say Sardon, I am going to nuke this block.

Nyarlathotep, the Crawling Chaos, servant to those who wish decay and destruction of all things, and who dare to steal the title of Chaos for their beliefs.
