Cee Lo Green is tha MAN

Oct 14, 2010 13:14

Will's got loud music streaming from his porch, and it's a bit different from what he normally listens too but...

It's almost brought a tear to his eye. but damn if the lyrics aren't enough to move you. (especially if you ARE Georgia) He doesn't really mean to broadcast it to the town but... well it sounds better loud

open post, ic, happy

Well good ol' Stuart Gorrell wrote a song 'bout ya though the most popular version of it is sung by Ray Charles. Though it can be about you, but then it can be 'bout a women named Georgia, ah dunno. Gladys Knight and the Pips also got the "Midnight Train to Georgia" song, Ah really like tha' one too~
Oh and "Way Down Yonder on the Chattahoochee" Ah just started likin' tha' just like with Georgia rain both very pretty songs.
You lucky Will, got so many songs 'bout you.

That's a very nice song, William. [ He knows why she's here doesn't he? Hint - it involves the words disturbing and peace. ]

[ Good boy, Will. You get cookie. ]

Indeed he is. He reminds me a bit of the jazz singers that Kansas City used to listen to. Would you like a snickerdoodle?

[ Opening a tin of cookies and showing him the surgery gloriousness inside. She was coming to give him some anyway, but now she has an excuse for doing so - reward for good behavior. ]
