[Becca is wearing one of her new outfits, with her hair and make-up done. This is unusual for her, and it shows a little bit in how shaky the make-up job is done and the lack of experience in the hairstyle, but it's been a good effort.]

Like...totally hi, Kaoru. My roommate's Daisy, and ...like, we go explore the woods like....totally all the time.

[She fidgets nervously, obviously surprised that Kaoru's acting even a little bit flirty with her--she's unused to positive attention, and it shows. The valley girl accent is put on and faked, and shows.]

Hm, are you not used to putting on make-up and doing your hair? It's not bad, but the make-up is kinda shaky. With a bit of adjustment and you're be as beautiful as a princess~

I don't meant it as an insult, princess! If you want, I could teach you more about it, my mother was a famous fashion designer and both Hikaru and I are good with with make-up and hairstyles. That way, you won't have to trouble your boyfriend!

[Kaoru's smile seems to drop slightly at the sudden change in attitude, from the cheerfulness to something more depressing but nonetheless, he tried not to poke into her business. Yet.]

[The moment the accent returned along with the forced cheerfulness, he couldn't help but to ask, not being rude but just concern because hey, she was a girl and he was a host that supposed to bring happiness to girls!]

At this school, we've got countries, three thousand year old ancient Egyptians, werewolves, demons, famous singers, pop idols, the mafia, and....people who can see the future, whether they want to or not. And all of us have a purpose in life that we have to live up to, and a duty to the world that we owe it to them to use our powers for good. Even if we don't know how to do that. I'm not normal, no. I don't...know how to use my power to help people and every time I try I screw up. So... Right now I'm supposed to be focusing on my school work, to catch up with all the school I skipped out on before I came here.

I...like...try to be cheerful and make friends with everybody. Usually it works. I dunno why it's taking so long to work this time. I guess...I'm...being stupid. I have everything I need to be happy...plenty of friends, my grades are finally picking up...a boyfriend I ...like totally love...
