im fine.. i know whats wrong and ive been through it before.. but i was cured of that and im not exactly sure how to do that again v.v im fine really... afterward i got up and got a drink and splashed some very icey water on my face... ive only had like 7 hours of sleep the last 2 nights combined sooo.. thats that part of the problem, not that knowing it helps :(
