I'm buying a couple LOST seasons tonight, and the internet has me confused.
I checked Amazon the other day, and I could've sworn they were selling Season 6 for about $29. I check back today, and it's $41. Then I head on over to Walmart online and see that Season 6 is selling for $24. But the thing is -- I don't trust Walmart. I'm terrified the reason Amazon is more expensive is because it's the real deal, and that Walmart is selling something crappy.
I don't even know any more.
The price for the Blu-ray (which I don't have) seasons are the same between Walmart and Amazon. S'just the differences in regular seasons...
I AM OVER-THINKING THIS, I KNOW.
It's just. It's Lost. And I don't buy box sets for TV shows. Ever. But it's Lost.
ETA: Aaaaand, I ended up ordering from Amazon. Because somehow, by the grace of God, it came out cheaper.
End result:
- Walmart, $96, arrives between the 21st and the 24th.
- Amazon, $88, arrives this Friday.
Thank you, internet, for dividing by zero.
(I bought seasons 4, 5, and 6, by the way, for those who are morbidly curious.)
