Greetings, everyone, and happy new year!
Hope everyone had a nice holiday season. ^.^
I'm posting now to ask you guys if there would be any interest in taking a second stab at this challenge. Obviously, it fell short of what I'd call a success; many thanks to
araine for being the only one to go the distance and see this thing through to the end. ♥ But I suspect many of you had stories that you didn't quite have time to finish, and I take at least some of the blame for that on myself -- I wasn't thinking ahead timeframe-wise when I scheduled the challenge deadlines. This first run coincided with NaNoWriMo, midterms, finals, the holiday rush, and a host of other distractions, and I think that had a big hand in our abysmal finish.
So here's what I'm wondering: would anyone be interested in a second try, starting in February this time? You would be able to use the ideas you had before if you wanted, though a fresh start would be allowed and welcomed as well. What do you think? Is there anything different you'd like to see this time around?
If there's no interest, no worries; we'll just count it a failed experiment. But I am willing to run a second challenge if there is interest -- just let me know.
Thanks everyone, and happy holidays!
