last day of smokin
well thats it, i have decided to quit smoking, got the patches, got mints etc, come along for the journy i will update daily til i am cured and let you's know of the highs and lows and whether i can do it or not, now I want to and I can do this.
If I succeed then anyone can succeed in giving up their bad habits heh. Why am i giving this up, well thing is I feel so unmotivated, and all and I don't know if it's to do with smoking so we will find out, plus i promised ma baby i will give up before i meet her well guess i broke my promise cause i am doing it now heh :P.
