TADA!!

SO I did what I do and my manager and I got to sit and talk. I got to tell him some of the things that have been bothering me and we discussed a lot. IT WAS GREAT! He just laughed at me and asked me if I wanted a hug. I said yes and what do you know, 1 minute later we're good again. He is making progress in my work book, and I can make my own hours as long as I'm there when he schedules. Those are essential but anything extra are all mine to decide. Yesssss. hehe. It was funny that he never realized what I was doing. I wanted more hours I scheduled myself more. He didnt' care anyway and I don't know why he was different for a few days but it appears to have worked itself out. I also jumped on some rumours before they even took hold. Randy wanted to make a few changes within the store and I flat out told him they were stupid so SINCE Ryan and I were speaking anyway, it gave me a chance to tell him that I stood up for teh store and I voiced my opinion. Ultimately Randy gets what he wants, we all know this BUT Randy and I also have a respect for eachother that he lets me voice my opinion and takes it into consideration. LOVE IT!! so either way I wanted Ryan to know that I did voice, I did stick up for us and yea. Also, I now get my FAV tech with me on Wednesdays. It's been sucking that I only get him on the weekends but now I get him Wednesday too. A great switch. He didn't want Wednesdays with theo ther assistant but with me he'll work. hehehe. We also got to sit and talk. I LOVE philisophical conversation. I told him tahts how Justin adn I started talking. We would be in my car, infront of his house watching his friends walk in and out, just talking. Windows down, sun, and just talking.
I went to the lake today. It was cold but good. I fell asleep in the sun for maybe an hour. It was great, just what I needed. It was like camping hehe, something I can't wait to do! Justin and I spoke briefly seeing as he was at work and Mary suddenly wanted to go to dinner. That might be fun. iuno. hehe
My Sister is calling, i need to run. YAY. I love my sisters.
