A Near Miss....
I've had the urge to write for the past couple weeks. Unfortunately, I often rely on a bit of random inspiration to get the ball rolling. I guess inspiration is in short supply as of late, so as any real man would do...I'll just make my own. I'm a firm believer in "Work Smarter, Not Harder". If there's a simpler, more efficient method to accomplish a task then that is the path I will choose. As if fate were forcing me to stay true to my nature, a little brute force can be substitued for intelligence. Granted it's far from efficient, noticably more tiring, and generally lacking in quality. But what must be, must be...plus, like I said, I was really in the mood to punish some keyboard keys...........write...I was in the mood to write.
Some people may have noticed the sudden disappearance of my previous entry. Well, due to certain obligations I chose to remove it. I'd prefer not to discuss the circumstances, not because of the sensitivity of the subject...but because I'm sick of telling everyone at the studio. Needless to say, the situation has been resolved and things have returned to normal. Since my "inspirato" was revoked I am just going to have to do this the...normal way. Whatever season we were working on has been completed. Great and awesome news I know...but if BJ ain't acting...then there is no Team BJ. Sure, Team BJ lives on in spirit but that's just fucking hippy pussy talk used to stuff cottony puff-balls up your feeling's B-Hole just so the impact of reality won't hurt as bad. Well, I don't operate that way. With Team BJ temporarily disbanded I am back on the freelance market. In other words, I gots no job except the one whatever god tasked me with. To be quite honest being so awesome comes so easily that it hardly qualifies as a job. I've considered doing more work or taking a vacation.
Vacations cost money and I'm not sure I am really deserving of one. I do wish to see several people around the U.S. but those sort of visits take planning. Most people aren't given the month off so I can't just show up at someone's house. Well, I could but I would be stuck at their home until they got off work...or stuck with them WHILE they work. Either way it wouldn't be very enjoyable for either party. And we all know why I probably won't get a job...because I'm lazy. So more than likely I'll just sit here and try to keep my expenditures to a minimum...which may be harder than I'd like.
Anyway, I just wanted to post something since I hadn't in forever. Plenty has been worth mentioning but I can't recall any of it at the moment. UNTIL NEXT TIME.
