Qi loli, finally know what i want.
After reading this EGL post, See i'd like to make this but using that gold Brocade I picked up at the Joann's 60% of Everything sale. And I'm fine with out a poofy cupcake skirt. For some reason i always think those look like over done icing. But it depends on who's wearing them.
In other sewing related news I had an awesome Dollar Tree find.
#1 They had big-@$$ buttons which i'd been wanting for ages since i thought: Size=Proportion so i should use big buttons for some things i make. I'll probably pick up a set of the 4 hole ones too, like 3 of them since it's 2 per pack.
#2 They had brass pirate skull buttons so i picked up a pack for Haley! Yay! I unfortunately missed the silver ones but i plan on swinging by the C'burg Dollar Tree to see if they have some later in the week. Here's hoping!
#3 they have these collapsible storage boxes in 3 sizes that are just great to put things in! I can actually see the floor in one corner of my room now. If i can recycle all the paper in that other bin thing and figure out what the heck is in this dish i can empty out the rest of the floor space.
I think I realized how to fake bangs just now, I'll need bobby pins and hair gel I think. What ever will keep it in place. And i can use the spat pattern for shoe covers. Hmmm =>_>= think think think.
