You know I'm starting to think that most cultures have at least 1 hard core cullinary dish to their countries... and if eels oinked I'd be able to go to a shop in japan a order a 8 deep fried eel oinks on a stick. And I'd probalby like it too. XD There wasn't one thing on this blob post that i wouldn't try at least a spoonfull of. I'd have to say Kyoto Foodie is a pretty awesome blog. I even took their survey! I could win $20-$25 in japanese snacky goodness! Things are looking up! Except i still can't remeber how much rice vinegar to add to the rice. Dang. But the pic is almost done.
