I do love practice nights
Currently: waking up
I do love practice nights, because I get so much physical activity that I come home and actually get a good night’s sleep that night. It’s amazing!
So…my doggy sleeps with me, and in the middle of the night, I woke up to her biting my butt! You know how they’ll bite at themselves when they get an itch? Well, she was all snuggled up down there where it was warm and backed up against me. I think she got an itch and was too lazy to move, but was trying to get herself. She goosed me instead.
Okay. So, I have work and errands today. And it’s really, really cold out there. The news just said we’re in for the coldest weather we’ve had in years….we won’t break freezing today, and we’re under a wind chill advisory till tomorrow sometime. Fun. But at least the car isn’t frosted/iced over this morning. There isn’t going to be any winter weather other than the frigidly cold temperatures, but I’m still making sure we have plenty of good food, hot chocolate and entertainment on hand for the evening.
