I touched briefly
in this blog some of my past jobs, so here is another one. I loved working as a loan secretary at a bank. The job was just a bit more detailed than what I had originally thought when I pursued, and was subsequently given, the job. It was very hard, time wise, to do both loan secretary duties as well as general receptionist duties, but I loved both. I always thought they should have split that job in two and have a separate receptionist and a loan secretary. I transferred back to the teller job, and then they DID separate those duties between two positions. At least I didn’t get stuck running any kind of human resources software during my tenure. All that, altogether, would have been a lot to deal with!
