Hamburgers.
My recipe certainly isn’t anything special, but I am a picky eater who is trying to get healthy, and I live in a house of mostly picky eaters that I want to keep as healthy as possible. This is just how I like to make them.
I prefer my burgers made on the grill, but a lot of the time grilling just isn’t possible for us. I buy those premade frozen turkey patties, brush them with a bit of liquid smoke, then season with Montreal Steak seasoning and cook them on our Foreman grill, while whole-grain white buns are toasting in the oven. I often dress mine up with two tablespoons of Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce, but to each her own.
They’re healthy, quick, and always a hit!
