More on vacations
Did you know that you can make a killing by owning vacation rental properties? Seriously, I am flabbergasted by how much people are willing to pay for a place to stay while on vacation. I definitely want a piece of that action if I ever have the financial means to pull it off! My property would pay for itself within a few short years of renting to vacationing folks. I know there are things like insurance, property damage, personal liability, and maintenance to consider, but overall, Vacation Rentals seem like a lucrative and sound investment.
