Well anyway, there were flowers that granted wishes around here for a while. Pretty sure they're gone now, though.

Well, yeah, because you didn't make any wishes. The only people who got cut off from parts of the city were people who made wishes.

Ah. Well, if you're wondering about the way people tend to normally do it, they tend to think their wishes to themselves and then keep them secret. It's a little tale that if you reveal your wish, it won't come true.
