It's a Christmas Miracle!
I am finally not tear-wrenchingly sore the day after JuJitsu class! Small moment of personal triumph (though I'm still getting my ASS handed to me). Lisa, my red-headed python and fellow LGN wrestler has now joined the class, which is just the bee's knees, as she's really strong AND we can translate what we learn into our Somewhat Professional Wrestling moves. I talked to my awesome teacher, Alex Costa, last night about possibly pursing the belt track in JuJitsu and taking some Gi classes (uniformed, and more practical in terms of self defense, as there are a lot of moves in which you grab clothes and use them as leverage or as a weapon). Now I just need to find the TIME to add another class.
In other news, I'm getting into millinery...because, you know...I have so much free time.
In BETTER news, we came up with the act we are submitting to the Exotic World pageant. It will be a first for BCB and hopefully we'll get a chance to do it at EW, because I think it just could blow the doors off the place (and I have enough faith in Mary Widow that it will....). Now to get the damn submission video edited....feh...
