Tired of people thinking I am misogynistic

Contrary to popular belief, I have always been a fan of woman who step up and set the examples for other women saying YES WE CAN DO IT!!

I was raised by a GREAT CHRISTIAN WOMAN. She was very strong and intelligent and my grandmother. She had 9 kids of her own then raised me as her son so I was number 10. She had to quit school to help her family survive during the depression. She worked as a library assistant in the day and a telephone operator at night. Growing up she was a fine athlete who played baseball with the boys in the neighbourhood, she was considered the best centerfielder in Toledo in the 1930s and she also played tackle football with the boys until she had to start working. Married my grandfather when she was 17, had her first child at 19. Watched my grandfather go to the USMCR and then the Army Air Corps both during WWII, all while raising children and working in a factory helping the CAUSE. She worked the farm, had 9 babies between 1939-1952. She was a cultured city girl as well as a pioneer woman. One of the finest role models anyone could ever have whether you be male or female. That IS why my personality is the way it is.
