Update on Brother
Mom took him back to see his doctors on Friday. They took more stitches out. He only has the ones behind his eye and they will take those out when they take his eye out. He's pretty much blind in that eye. The retina is ripped and they can't repair it. He does have a doner family who he will be receiving an eye from. So, when the doner eye is available (saying between 3 to 4 weeks) he will have his surgery and than the wait to see if his body accepts the doner eye. It all seems weird and freakish to me. But, if it helps my brother I'm all for it. I hate the fact that someone is dead but I love the fact they were generious enough to share with people who can benefit from such a offering. So I guess I'm depressed and very happy about it at the same time. And knowing my brother he's scared shitless and freaked about it but for him to have a full life and to raise his three kids he knows he needs it so he can work.
