Tried a new dish this evening for dinner. It was way yummie. I'm suprised I like it so much or it's not affected me in a 'ah bad way. It's a saffron infused pasta with collard greens, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, chicken stock, half and half and sweet italian sausage tossed with grated parmasean cheese at the end. Rogue461 even liked it. That surprised me greatly as he does not like collard greens. Oh, and I also made a blackberry/raspberry cobbler. I added plain yogert to the crust and it's verrry good.
