Author's Note: I was noodling through some old files and realized I never posted this.
A slightly different version was published in the Con*Strict 2012 'zine. Written after S1 of Teen Wolf and before I got bored with Suits and bailed on it. I got the idea when I saw that Derek had a New York driver's license and thought that if ever anybody needed a shark-in-a-suit lawyer, it was Derek. Oh, there's also a hat-tip to another fandom in here.
Legalese: Written for the purpose of answering the question of what if Harvey Specter was Derek's lawyer, nothing more. Teen Wolf is copyright its respective owners, and so is Suits.
