They are weak to Electric, yeah. I don't have a rock type and my only pokémon with an electric attack got knocked out in one blow.

You think so? [grins a little, then looks thoughtful] But, speaking of strategy... What about a Pokemon that uses attacks good against Flying, but isn't that type itself? That way you've got something he won't be expecting, to an extent.

And give it what it needs to win! I'd say you could try looking up more about those "TM" things too, that apparently teach the Pokemon whatever move you want.
