Originally uploaded by Devilbadtz. I was at Scarlet Sage yesterday & was pleasantly suprised to see that they had a few pieces by ceramicist Laura Zindel. Wee demitasse cups and saucers with a tarantula or a bee, large platters featuring jellyfish and sea coral. I want one of each. Seriously. Quent bought me a beetle butter dish and salt and pepper shakers for christmas a few years ago, but I've been wanting to get more of her stuff. I settled for now on this large Cicada mug. Isn't it fabulous?
