That pretty much sums up my weekend. On Saturday Gary and I went to the Fred Flare warehouse/temporary-store to meet Amy Sedaris. She was incredibly friendly, and we got an autographed copy of her book
"I Like You: Hospitality Under the Influence". She had her cupcakes and some other paraphernelia there, too. Gary took a picture of Amy and me together! Then I shopped (of course), and finally we went to San Loco's newest Williamsburg location (like we did last time we went to the Fred Flare store) and got taco loco. I also had Sangria, because theirs is pretty tasty and full of fruit. Then we came home, Gary worked on a flyer all day, and I watched way too much TV, as usual. On Sunday my parents came by to pick up my car and bring it back to NJ for inspection. I took them to the little Irish shop near us that has all the British foods. Of course, they were very excited. They only stayed for a couple of hours, but it was a nice visit. I got another jar of Marmite, and proceeded to consume half a loaf of bread's worth of toast with it. Marmite is the addiction to end all addictions.
