I take Cecilia's title here as a cute salutation for her girlfriend -- who is the subject, and for whom Cecilia painted this as a birthday present. ("Felicidades!" -- happiness! -- is the usual birthday greeting.)

I mean, a girl from a remote town in Spain blithely citing such an exotic singer from the other side of the continent to celebrate a girlfriend's birthday! It IS a "small world, after all" (to quote the esteemed social thinker, Walter Disney...).
BTW I'd thought perhaps this was a self-portrait, but Cecilia corrected me. The two girls are almost twins, though. Gosh, I'd love to know more about the "inside joke" represented by the pose here.
