Rupert Murdoch -- and ME

Oct 06, 2010 17:46

I've spent an hour or two this afternoon, visiting some less-often-seen friends of this blog. Most are now forced to withhold their sexy shots -- the only question now being, what is "sexy," and like any censors (the Chinese come to mind) Flickr uses a meat ax -- where even a scalpel would do damage.

Here's the latest discovery that you'll never see here. It shows a lovely British lass, calling herself "micmojo" -- http://www.flickr.com/photos/micmojo/5048367246/in/photostream/

Pissed at all this systematic -- and arrogant -- denial of basic freedoms, I posted the following words on her lovely long list of comments:

I suppose [at least I HOPE] more and more people interested in erotic photography (not porn, for heaven's sake!) are aware that, in these weeks of Sept-Oct. 2010, we're seeing the forced demise of blogging (mine, of course, done with explicit permission of the author -- the only way I've ever posted). This delightful shot, which might have graced my blog (with Micmojo's role uppermost!), has moved into the Twilight Zone. "Thou shalt not..."

Goddamned Flickr thought-police!!

censors, win
