Thanks, Amy (always noce to get a name for friends here -- there are some [eqfe, just below...] Whom I know pretty well but still haven't even a nickname) --

So, first impressions of your LJ -- terific tone/style, nice chattiness (something I try to sustain in my own scribbles here) -- and it's lively and funny. Oh, and happy belated b-day, Sean!

I did just check scott's pphoto-blog. Yum! Those Fetishcon cuties remind me of Abbie in NCIS!!

Yeah, I'm a born-again BBerry-er. I had an earlier model, then I decided to upgrade -- but my Sig-Other talked me into getting a Droid. It drove me nuts, not INTUITIVE in the least way. BBerry always takes you through the loop, seeming to yield to what you want -- while Droid seems to delight in frustrating you. After a couple of annoying weeks, I went back to Verizon and talked them into letting me change to a new BBerry "Bold." So cool -- I felt back in a familiar, cozy place even though iit's got a lot of new features. (I can even plug the laptop into the cellphone network THROUGH it, if I'm someplace with no WiFi...)

Well, that's really nice to know. I loved my Blackberry - I have the Curve 8900 which is VERY similar to the Bold - until I saw the Droid and then I wanted one of those, but we don't have Verizon. So it kinda relieves me to hear you chose the Blackberry over that. The only thing I don't like about the Blackberry is the web browser isn't all that great, but I really enjoy everything else about it. ESPECIALLY the keyboard! :)
