Cory's got a girlfriend! (Sing-song, like kids do!)

I've told you I love the WashPost, but I haven't mentioned a little secret -- I really enjoy the "Style" section, movie reviews, celebs, trends of Whatever...

Today, they have a long piece on Cory Booker and Rosario Dawson. https://www.bing.com/amp/s/www.washingtonpost.com%2flifestyle%2fstyle%2frosario-dawson-is-so-much-more-than-just-cory-bookers-actress-girlfriend%2f2019%2f10%2f16%2fab9ca708-e532-11e9-a6e8-8759c5c7f608_story.html%3foutputType%3damp

Nice story: Cory is 50, Rosario 40 -- neither married previously, though Rosario, a Puerto Rican, has a teenage adopted daughter.

She's been in TV for two decades, but is also a businesswoman: she co-founded a Ghana-centered fashion house, Studio 189, with global marketing exec (for Bottega Veneta) Abrima Erwiah (heh! Post spelled it wrong).

On surer ground, the Post says their new line is "a rainbow of skin tones and gender identities and jubilant patterned fabrics" reflecting the collection’s African inspiration."

Cory and she have been together a couple of years, very much in love, coping with commuting to see each other. She's often in New Mexico filming a TV series called "Briarpatch," and Cory's trying to get past one-and-a-half percent in the Presidential polling. She got herself to wherever it was that Tuesday's debates took place -- the first one she was able to catch.

He may not be my first choice for the Dem nomination. (I'm still toying with two or three -- but for certain neither Bernie nor Joe.) I did appreciate Cory's stalwart efforts in opposition to the Kavanaugh nomination last year, and I think his work in the debates has been good. If he gets the nod, I'd be pleased to work and vote for him.

Go shead, check out the well-crafted story!
