People, are we worse off than Algeria?

I just saw in the news that longtime Algerian president Bouteflika "resigned" yesterday -- following an ultimatum from his military. Specifically, the top brass "called for application of a constitutional clause providing that a president can be 'deemed unfit to rule!'"

Folks, WE have a similar clause in our Constitution! We don't need any military participation, but merely application of the 25th amendment.

Is Algeria showing us the path?
