"Miss Fisher" parody -- AND Kylie's infatuation with the new film, "Carol"

This tumblr is by the 20-year-old Kylie, and is cleverly designed to parody the 1920s lady-detective series called "Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries" (set in Australia, and made there) currently on PBS. Kylie's home-page, with great graphics, lists her varied subjects: "gay complaining, old ladies, birds, aliens and various other silly things." (Indeed, there's a flying saucer that wanders all over the home-page, bouncing off page-borders and scooting behind the graphics.)

So, this is Kylie’s artwork, alas featuring cigarettes -- which my LJ (and Tumblr) pal Karen and I have long eschewed in our bloggery. I'm conflicted: Kylie** has a really gorgeous painting of the lesbian lovers in the movie, but the cigarette is just TOO much its focus -- so you gentle readers may wish to seek it out as you enjoy Kylie's "Miss Fisher" tumblr.
