But of course, Gary! Very kind of you to mention it.

You have my sympathy for your unsettled state. Myself, I hate having house redecoration going on; we've had numerous problems requiring lengthy remodeling work both here and in Vero. (Including serious hurricane damage there in 2004 and damage from a blown water-heater in 2012. Arghhh!)
