I've kept an eye out for news of Taylor's two concerts at Nationals baseball stadium (Washington's newest large venue); until tonight, there've been only fragments in the media -- including NY Daily News' reporting a malfunction in a giant platform that stranded her in mid-air last night. Just now, midnight Wednesday, a full review (above) of the show by WPost's rock critic landed on my laptop. I take it that it'll be in the Thursday morning print edition. (The Wednesday paper had only a few reports of her visiting the Congress on Tuesday, but they were denied in due course...)
If you're wondering, no, I didn't "stake out" Nationals Park... if she'd wanted to chat, she'd have given me a buzz.
