The idea of locating a new "rock magazine" ON Tumblr is bold, for sure. (Also low-cost...) I do kinda doubt Tumblr Inc. (or however they function in business terms) really goes along with that notion -- but I'll keep an eye on it. I even envy the "Cultural Collide Official" folks for taking their shot. It's pretty snazzy-looking...
