So, back on tumblr, I just hit upon Chelsea’s exciting Tumblr (the top URL). And, bam! This lovely girl mesmerizes me, even with her fair share of tattoos. And, though I usually don’t like too many tats jumbled together, she carries off a fabulous look -- don't you readers agree?
