Sorry, all of you sweet friends of devifemme, I've been among the missing the past couple of days. No excuses, but I've got deeply engaged in a professional project -- and it has CONSUMED nearly all of my energies. It's in a new field, with a new client. Enough said

Sorry for the word "virtual",I know the friendships we're blessed with via computer can be true and wonderful and for many times they can hold us and support us when we don't know what to do :)

Oh, Rena, what a NICE comment! You SHOULD "play with your fabulous English" -- punning whenever the mood strikes you! My reality may NOT be up to the exalted standards of my virtual world -- but, I've found, the virtual play "fills in the gaps" -- that is, the thing that's conspicuously missing from my relationship with Joanne. (And, yes, SEX would be that lacking element...)

I hope I'm correct, anyway, in assessing that Joanne, in effect, WANTS me to do on-line what she no longer wishes me to offer her. Call it a "tacit" (unspoken) arrangement that makes my real life with her as good as it CAN be. And, as we say in English, "knock on wood" that it continues as it has done.

And you don't need to apologize for using the word "virtual." I believe, with you, that we here ARE blessed with friendships that are just as important (as well, you properly note, as " true and wonderful") as any in RL. Thanks so much for your kind observations, sweetie!

wishes truly have a big effect on our reality :) A few years ago my quite desperate "materializing" of what I've desired for brought a real love in my life.So we never know..I think the universe has a special language for each of us-depending deeply personaly on who we are.
